An all-around great experience with both Limbird Real Estate and Bauman and Crosno Construction.
We fell in love with the Jackson plan, and decided to sell our home and build a new house from the ground up. When we were ready, we selected everything for our new home, from the outside elevation, bricks, windows and shingles, to the inside flooring, countertops, fixtures and colors. We asked for extras along the way (that we paid cash for as we went) and Bauman and Crosno never blinked. The project stayed on schedule if he had to move mountains. After a 5 month build time, we will move in this next weekend, and we can't wait. As an early resident of this fantastic new NWA community, I will be a volunteer salesperson for any potential new residents. Thank you to Mandi and Limbird, as well as Brandon and Bauman and Crosno for a lovely new construction home buying experience.
